This is a Flash animation about a pineapple's inevitable fate in a blender. The idea originated as a doodle on a piece of paper and then many months later came to life as I animated this short based on the doodle in adobe flash. 

I became interested in animation a number of years ago and tried some tutorials in flash. For a while I lost interested but soon came back with  ideas for animation and began teaching my self the program. After a while I began to develop a style and over two months I finished "Pineapple". 

I always animate frame by frame leaving little for the computer to do. For Pineapple I used my memory of the doodle to make up a story-board and character design. From there I animate each frame by drawing own the frames with simple black lines using a Wacom tablet. I went back and forth tweaking and adding scene as the animation progressed. Finally I coiored each scene in flash and added sound effects in Final Cut Pro. Since then I have obtained numerous free-lance opportunities from having this along with other animations in my portfolio not to mention many art schools love to see animation. 

This still holds my favorite short that I have created so far.
