• Determine the focus of your gallery. What kind of art? Who is it targeted at? How wll you let them know it exists? What is the business model around it? This is creating the basic business plan.
• Decide what technology to use and where to host the gallery.
• Implement your gallery.
• Fill it with art.
• Market it.
• Continue to update as needed with new art and market.
