realizing that a good percentage or costa rica (and i'm sure other countries) are wind turbines, why do you think this practice isn't more wide spread? i understand that these are very costly, and possibly unsightly from some taste, but these can even be places off costs so not to be seen? i don't know any thoughts? | |

Wel... the main problem is not how unsightly they are but rather finding areas with strong consistent winds. | |
