I have established a project space and the other team members have registered to the project (they show up as team members) but they can't view the file manager. It is crucial that they are able to upload to that so that we can share the files and collaborate as a team. What should I do???? Is there a special permission I must ask of Freshbrain management? (Do I have to give each of them admin permission--that doesn't make sense since I assigned everyone as advisors?)

You do want to have your consent form submitted if you want to share your documents/files with your project team mates. Once everyone has the form processed, they will be about to participate with full privileges in your team.

well, my friends did do so, but I did not (at the time thinking that I didn't need to since I was the one who created the space). I think I found a solution in just creating an admin permission for each member. That allowed them to appear as team members on the project space and they all report that they see the file manager.
Will there be any restrictions on the ability for all of us to share project files we upload with each other?
It is vital that we all are able to download the files we upload, since the project is collaborative and will require each member to add their touches to each file.

You got to submit the consent form so that we can change your status to allowing sharing of 'limited access' information. You can get the form if you follow the link on the following page: http://freshbrain.org/projects Your friends have to do the same too.
