Hello There!

 I have some questions about contest rules, one specific, and the rest general. *Crosses Fingers* I am going to be turning 19 in the middle of one of the contests(Ed Hardy), does that disqualify me?  As a general question, am I allowed to continue submitting, and competing in various contests for the rest of this year, because I only turned 19 this year, right?

I would really appreciate some sort of official response to this, whether through email, or account message, or to this thread I guess.
