Do you have to be an existing T-Mobile customer to use the phone?
No. This phone comes with activation and a prepaid minutes card. You can continue to use the phone by purchasing additional minutes or open an account after activation.
If I have technical problems with my new Phone, do I call FreshBrain?
No, When you receive the phone it will come sealed and is "NEW". All customer service will be handled by T-Mobile USA T-mobile.com .
