From February 22 a new set of rules for credit card companies came into effect and one of the things tackled was the way credit card companies sign-up students.

I first saw FreshBrain around a year ago, I think. I was really enamored with the concept. Needless to say, however, I wasn't enamored enough to take up on all it offered.
