If you've never made a video or want to learn more, this will show you how to MAKE EXCEPTIONAL VIDEOS!

To get started, JOIN THIS GROUP.  Then click on the Activities tab. Next complete each of the Activities.  And finally compete in the Challenge Activity.

Description

Now that you know how to create a video from pictures, the next step is to add some footage to your video.

You can use the simple steps below or follow the detailed "Make Exceptional Videos: Using Footage - Digging Deeper (Windows, Mac)" tutorial provided.

Basic Steps

Here are the steps to complete this activity.  Rever to  "Make Exceptional Videos: Using Footage - Digging Deeper (Windows, Mac)" for more details.

  1. First, we assume you already have a video and want to add music or sound.  And that you will be using a video editor.  This can be Movie Maker for Windows, iMovie for Mac or any other video editor.
  2. Determine what kind of music or sound you want to add to your video
  3. Find or record the music that you plan to use
  4. Load the misic into your video editor.
  5. Drag a piece of music into the timeline
  6. Make adjustments to the music (trim / shorten, adjust volume, etc.) 
  7. Load the next piece of music
  8. Make adjustments (you can overlap with other music as well)
  9. Continue until you are happy with the result
  10. Save your project
  11. Export your video
  12. Upload to this Activity
