I used several methods to making this project. First off I used Photoshop CS3. I used to pictures. In the background are bumpy steal plates. I used the eraser tool (with a downloaded paint brush) to give them a rounder more faded look. My second picture, an army man I used a filter to give him his chrome effect and I then added the red outline by going under blending options (right click on the layer in layer pallette). My brushes are custom downloaded brushes. I used Greens, Reds, Yellows, and Blue for my colors (If you don't see that). My font was also downloaded. It is supposed to resemble an 8-Bit Font. It has a white out glow and I filled the font with a paint brush tool using blues, and greens. It was a standard brush. The artwork wasn't hard, but its outlook to me was pretty good. :]
