what do you guys mean by "logo must use either the word glassfish or open esb"? isnt the point of a logo to show a company by displaying a symbol rather than a word?

The prizes for this are intriguing. I'm trying to think of some good ideas. I think I have atleast one good idea but we'll have to wait and see.
